United Percussion
United Percussion is the flagship of United Percussion and Arts.
United Percussion and Arts is dedicated to the development of young performers of all ages through the visual and performing arts. We are committed to expansion of the social, intellectual, artistic and musical talents of our members. BENSALEM SCHOOLS March, 29, 2007 - Musicians to perform in Southern California

Dozens of Bensalem High School musicians are in Southern California this week

to do some sightseeing and perform at a couple of venues, organizers said.

About 60 members of Bensalem's marching band and two dozen choir members left Tuesday, said band director George Leigh.

The musicians will perform Friday at the Copley Hall in San Diego

as part of an adjudication involving dozens of high school musical groups from around the country, the director said.

The kids will perform before a panel of professional judges and receive �constructive criticism� about their performance

and what they can do to improve it, Leigh said.

The musicians will head to Disneyland Saturday and participate in the theme park's parade,

and the choir will perform at another venue in the park, the director said.

The musicians are scheduled to return Sunday.

There they were: 71 teenagers from Lower Bucks County,
about to go Big Time in front of 74,000 at the Superdome in New Orleans.
Cocky? Hardly.

DEC 30th
From Bucks to Big Easy, this band has got it.
The chairs were empty inside Bensalem High School's auditorium on a recent afternoon,
but the band filled the stage and the music soared through the large, open space.
